Located adjacent to the Sea World development, the new one-million square foot China Merchants Voyager Plaza towers over the city of Shenzhen. Inspired by the ecological backdrop of the immediate Shekou region, the design incorporates the clean, graceful shapes of the nearby sea and mountains. Connecting to China Merchant Real Estate’s adventurous progressive outlook and maritime past, the design of the offices, apartments, and retail establishments of Voyager Plaza convey elements of wind, sailing, and ascension.
