Daxiao Mazhan COMMERCIAL is the pioneering urban renewal project in China. Located in the heart of Guangzhou city center, one of China’s major regional destinations for trade and tourism, the 1.54 million square-foot Daxiao Mazhan Commercial and Entertainment Center offers a rich mix of business and entertainment facilities, and enhances access to some of the area’s most popular establishments. Broken into six zones, the center includes offices, an all-suites hotel and conference center, a cluster cultural hub with adapted historical school structures, retail centers, cinemas, restaurants, and recreational facilities.
